Do not approve an item only because the first photo looks clean. A useful QC review checks several details from multiple angles.
Check the basic match
Compare color, shape, model, size, and visible product details with the seller page. Warehouse lighting can change color, so look for consistent signs across all photos.
Look at small details
- Labels, tags, and printed details.
- Stitching, symmetry, and visible defects.
- Soles, zippers, buttons, pockets, and seams.
- Measurements when size is important.
Ask for extra photos
If a detail is hidden or unclear, request another photo before approving. One extra image is easier than fixing a parcel mistake later.
When to reject or exchange
Consider an exchange when the item has obvious damage, the wrong size, wrong color, missing parts, or a detail that does not match your order.
